Optimal tech has become a standout provider of renewable energy solutions in the greater Atlanta and Southeastern United
States. Optimal Tech has built and developed utility scale energy solutions in USA, Bermuda and is currently exploring
development opportunities in the Asian regional markets. Optimal Tech has been awarded various contracts to provide
solar and smart building efficiencies for all of the Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
Optimal Tech is led by Dr. Reginald Parker. Dr. Parker is focused on economic and environmental developments in disadvantage communities. He seeks to accelerate climate resiliency and renewable energy with a focus on HBCUs and the institutions surrounding them. He works with a host of highly talented individuals and their firms to develop projects, technology, and funds that lower the costs of energy and the respective carbon footprint for these communities and their institutions. Dr. Parker has over 30 years of experience in technology and project development. He has developed over 60 renewable energy power plants, invented over 15 clean energy and manufacturing technologies, commercialized material and renewable energy technologies, developed and implemented successful business plans, and optimized manufacturing processes and products.
