• Memorandum of understanding sets groundwork for collaboration to achieve Brazil’s renewable
  energy targets.

LAS VEGAS, NV USA – Energende USA announced Friday, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with
MDF Energia & Agronegocios to jointly explore the development of several wind and solar projects
throughout Brazil.
For Wind and Solar Development the collaboration will leverage Energende’s Power Purchase
Agreements with the National Utility Company. MDF will leverage its long standing expertise in
developing and operating major power plants across Brazil. These currently include Hydro Power Plants,
Wind Farms, Agribusiness, and Technology to convert waste to energy.

thousand of homes in Brazil, and help the Brazilian Government achieve it renewable energy targets.”
Both companies share a passion to continue the drive to sustainable energy. The joint collaboration will
help expedite the development of the renewable energy projects, which ultimately work towards the
reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
